The services provided by Ibis Galati was great! The hotel itself is nice, the room was quite big. We traveled with the dog and we liked that hotel is friendly for pets. Breakfast has different kinds of food, so guests has choice. Personal showed high level! Everyone was attentive to the guests needs. Danube is quite near by and there are nice places to go around the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hospitality. If we travel to Galati again we’ll stay in Ibis only!

Everything was great, besides the issue of our reimbursement. There was a lot of back and forth in order to establish the manner by which we would be able to receive a refund. Only after speaking with the fourth person did we get to a resolution that we may be refunded if it was requested/approved by Booking.com

I love my stay at Ibis, everything was perfect. However at some point the water in the bathroom was smelling kinda bad and I don’t know but I figured it was a general problem with water infrastructure rather than a problem in the room. The place was peaceful, really nice and will definitely be back!

The hotel is a very good choice for this price. It's located in a central location, a lot of cafes and a nice park is nearby. The room was quite small but enough for 2 ppl, well equipped for a short term stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast, it's included in price and they offer a variety of options. I would recommend Ibis as a nice place to stay at any location all over the world actually!

Very nice rooms, good size, very clean, small balcony; breakfast very good; location excellent in the city center with small parc nearby if you need to walk your dog.

The best thing about the hotel is the central location close to several good restaurants. The staff is very eager to please and I felt I got good value for money overall.
